The Farmhouse is the largest of our properties and accommodates 6 people in it's 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 triple and 1 single, 2' 6".
The spacious open plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished and features an electric coal effect fire. There is a colour TV/DVD player and radio/CD player which has an Ipod docking station. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including electric ceramic topped cooker, fridge and freezer. This property has a separate toilet and bathroom with over bath electric shower, sink and heated towel rail. There are shared laundry facilities in a shed behind the cottages, that include a washing machine and tumble dryer, with metered electricity supply. Travel cot and highchair are available. Please let us know when you book if these are needed. We also supply bed linen and towels. (Not beach towels). Water is supplied from a private borewell. Filtered and UV treated, it is regularly tested. We will try to have the accommodation available from 3pm on the day of arrival and it must be cleaned and vacated by 9am on the day of departure. This will depend on the cleaning regime in place at the time. We are happy to transport your luggage to and from the quay on St Martin’s and to arrange for your shopping to be waiting for you on arrival.
