The properties are all comfortably furnished and are being constantly upgraded. The open plan lounge/dining area, accessed through the kitchen contains colour TV/DVD player, radio, comfy seating and has fabulous views towards the Eastern Isles. The kitchens are well equipped with microwave, cafetiere, toaster, electric cooker etc.
The chalets sleep 5 in 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with bunkbeds and a single, 2' 6", bed. The bathroom contains over bath electric shower, toilet and heated towel rail. The properties also have spacious gardens with garden furniture. There are shared laundry facilities available that include a washing machine and tumble dryer, with metered electricity supply. Cot and high chair are also available, please let us know on booking if these are needed. We also supply bed linen and towels. (Not beach towels). Water is supplied from a private borewell. Filtered and UV treated, it is regularly tested. We will try to have the accommodation available from 3pm on the day of arrival and it must be cleaned and vacated by 9am on the day of departure. This will depend on the cleaning regime in place at the time. We are happy to transport your luggage to and from the quay on St Martin’s and to arrange for your shopping to be waiting for you on arrival. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DOGS |
